• Implemented secure, scalable architecture through Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Key Vault integration.

• Established strong cross-functional alignment across Group Corporate Affairs, Engineering, and key stakeholders to ensure shared objectives and delivery outcomes.

• Maintained a structured product backlog and Agile delivery framework to ensure timely milestone achievement and effective team collaboration.

• Enabled increased awareness and adoption of the ServiceNow HR Knowledge AI capability through collaboration with the ServiceNow Agentic AI team.

• Ongoing enhancements include:

  • Microsoft Viva Insights to support colleague productivity

  • Viva Engage AI agents to improve engagement and knowledge discovery across the organisation.
